Step off the everyday path and into the North Pole. Little Comfort Christmas Company is an immersive walk-through Christmas experience coming to Hanover, Massachusetts for the 2026 holiday season.

Follow the path through 10 magical Christmas settings, with something new waiting around every corner. You'll experience the sights, sounds and scents of Christmas, discover family photo spots, mail letters to Santa, complete scavenger hunts and meet some of the North Pole's most memorable residents.

And be sure to say hello to Tim Brr, our talking Christmas tree. He may have something to say when you walk by.

Adopt your very own plush North Pole reindeer to bring home! Choose your reindeer's name when purchasing your tickets, then your new friend will be waiting for you during your visit with an official adoption certificate and a special QR code to the Reindeer Cam, so you can check in and see what the reindeer are up to at the North Pole.

Santa has lost some very special things throughout the North Pole, and he needs your help finding them! Receive your own velvet Santa sack when you arrive, then search for a hidden item in each Christmas scene. Find all 10 mini treasures along the way and take them home as keepsakes from your adventure — including your very own Key to the North Pole.

To Know.

Little Comfort is an immersive Christmas walk-through experience in Hanover, Massachusetts. Guests travel through 10 magical Christmas settings filled with sights, sounds, surprises, photo opportunities, activities and North Pole residents.

You can expect your Little Comfort Christmas experience to last approximately 30 minutes as you make your way through the North Pole.

Regular admission is $25 per guest ages 3+. Children ages 2 and under are free. Optional add-ons are available during ticket purchase.

Yes! Kids are invited to bring a letter to Santa to every Little Comfort adventure, even if Santa isn't visiting that day. Every guest can mail their letter at the North Pole Post Office during their adventure.

When reserving your tickets, you'll have the opportunity to let us know if someone in your party will need handicap accessibility. This helps our team prepare for your visit so everyone can enjoy the North Pole experience.

Adopt a Reindeer is an optional $36 ticket add-on. You'll choose a name for your plush North Pole reindeer when purchasing your tickets. Your reindeer will be ready for you during your visit with an official adoption certificate and a QR code to the Reindeer Cam so you can keep checking in after you head home. Reindeer adoptions are available in limited quantities.

Santa's Lost-and-Found Adventure is an optional $15 interactive add-on. You'll receive a velvet Santa sack and search for 10 mini treasures hidden throughout the Christmas scenes. Find them along your journey and take them home as keepsakes, including your very own Key to the North Pole. This experience contains small items that may pose a choking hazard.

All ticket sales are non-refundable. If weather or a circumstance outside of our control requires Little Comfort Christmas Company to cancel your experience, you will be able to transfer your tickets to another available date and time of your choice.
